The environment
In the heart of the historical Le Marais area, close to the National Archives, and to Centre Georges Pompidou in Beaubourg area, not far from the famous Place des Vosges and Hotel de Sully, Carnavalet Museum, Picasso Museum, Paris City Hall, Ile St Louis, Notre-Dame, etc...
You can literally walk to all those places within 5 to 20 minutes.
Also close to BHV and la Samaritaine department stores of Chatelet area, many bakeries, food shops and small restaurants are to be found in that part of rue Rambuteau.
The apartment
This spacious furnished 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 persons on the second floor of a 19th century building, with an elevator (a luxury in Le Marais) and full-time concierge.
Overlooking two courtyards, it is very quiet.
The street offers many shops (grocery stores, bakeries, cheese shop, butcher, Italian deli, restaurants, cafes, florist, etc).

Rental terms and availability
Available preferably for long term rental, from end of June 2010
Please recheck availability shortly before making a reservation.
Short term rates (all-in) depend on length of stay and season.
1,450 € is for one week in the high season (April 1st to September 30th + Christmas/New Year’s Eve), rebates applicable for several weeks, and during the low season.
Long term rate : depends on length of stay.
For at least 6 months, 2,400 € per period of 30 nights including rent and utilities
and brokerage fee payable upfront (amount depends on length of stay).
Rate is payable in advance
A refundable safety deposit will be required, as usual in France : 2 months of rent
